Teeling Small Batch is an Irish blend of grain and malt whiskey, bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered in a 1 litre bottle. The casks are fully aged in ex-bourbon barrels, then the whiskeys are married in Central American rum casks for up to 12 months, which adds a dried fruit character.
On the nose it is floral, with vanilla sweetness. The palate is creamy, with rum-raisin and apricot and a tingle of spice, leading to a long, warming finish with oak.
