This is a 13 year old single grain Scotch whisky from Invergordon, bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company at 45.8% in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition and part of the company's Label Editions. The whisky matured for 13 years in a single butt. It shows layers of coconut, barley sugar, vanilla and tropical fruit, with delicate herbal notes underneath. The nose offers buttered brioche, raisin pastries, vanilla shortbread, banana, pine and spearmint. The palate is creamy with coconut and vanilla, lemon tart, pineapple and fresh mint. The finish brings barley sugar, Anzac biscuits, citrus and tropical fruit.
