The Antiquary 15 Year Old Claret Casks is a limited release blended Scotch whisky, made from Highland and Speyside malts with Lowland grain whisky. It was aged for 15 years and spent a generous marrying period in Claret red wine casks from Bordeaux. The Bordeaux casks give a rich, fruit-forward character. Plum, cherry and chocolate orange lead the flavour, with layers of warming baking spice.
