This is a 14 year old Speyside single malt from The Balvenie, bottled at 48.3% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the distillery's peated whisky, which is made for one week each year and known as Peat Week.
This was the first release of the peated style and is from 2002. The whisky was aged in American oak.
It is described as gently smoky, with notes of citrus, vanilla and blossom honey.
