This is a 25 year old Speyside single malt from The Balvenie, in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition introduced in 2018 to mark 25 years of the distillery's 12 Year Old DoubleWood.
The whisky was matured in two stages, first in traditional oak and then in sherry casks. The release is limited to 3600 bottles.
Balvenie was established in 1892 and is one of the few distilleries that still has its own malting floor.
