This is a 30 year old Balvenie single malt from Speyside, bottled in 2015 at 47.3% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky was matured in a combination of traditional oak and sherry casks.
On the nose there are ripe pears, dried apricots and subtle spice. The palate brings vanilla, caramel and toasted almonds, and the finish is a balance of spiced honey and dried fruits.
