Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE marries traditional American and European oak casks that have matured for decades. The result is a whisky described as silky to taste, with great sweetness and complexity.
The palate opens with a silky sweetness, then moves into deep, rich honey, mellow oak and hints of candied orange peel.
