The Belgian Owl New Make is an unaged Belgian single malt spirit, bottled in 2022 at 46% in a 500ml diamond bottle. It is the spirit as it comes from the pot still, unfiltered and before any maturation, made from barley grown in Hesbaye. The nose is fresh barley, sugar water, white grapes and light citrus. The palate is full and soft for a new make, with sweet grains, honey water and light floral notes. The finish is short to medium and clean, with a soft maltiness.
