The Busker Single Malt Irish Whiskey

This is an Irish single malt from Royal Oak Distillery in Co. Carlow, made from 100% malted barley and distilled in large copper stills. It is matured first in American oak bourbon casks and then in oloroso sherry casks, which give a deep golden amber colour. The nose combines fruit, pine and warm malt biscuit. The palate is rich with chocolate and a juicy, fruity texture. The finish is creamy, sweet and lingering.
