The Busker Single Pot Irish is an Irish single pot still whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the Royal Oak distillery in County Carlow, where malts and grains are distilled in copper pot stills.
The nose combines vanilla and honey with ripe fruit and light spice. The palate is soft, balancing caramel sweetness against fresh citrus, and the finish is long.
