The Busker Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 44.3% ABV. It was matured in Bourbon and sherry casks.
Its mash combines malted and unmalted barley, a style particular to Ireland. The result sits close to single malt in character, with more body and richness than a single grain.
The nose offers red apple, almond, strawberry tart and brown sugar, with pot still spice. On the palate it is smooth and light, with grilled muffin, bourbon biscuit, vanilla and toasted granola, then plum and blackberry. The finish brings burnt sugar and more spice.
