The Busker Triple Cask is a blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40%. It combines single grain whiskey with a high proportion of single malt and single pot still.
Maturation at the Royal Oak Distillery uses three kinds of cask: bourbon, sherry and Sicilian marsala.
The nose offers tropical fruit and vanilla. These carry on to the palate, where chocolate malt joins subtler notes of toffee fudge and cinnamon.
