This is The Dalmore 17 Year Luminary No. 3, the 2025 edition of a Highland single malt in a 75cl bottle. It is the third release in the Luminary Series, an annual programme of limited 17-year bottlings.
Each Luminary release is matured in its own multi-cask combination, different from the standard Dalmore approach, and the 2025 edition uses a cask combination specific to this year.
The Dalmore has worked in Alness, Ross-shire since 1839 and is best known for its sherry cask maturation partnership with González Byass in Jerez.
