The Dalmore 30 Years Old is a Highland single malt from the distillery at Alness in Ross-shire, which has been operating since 1839.
Maturation begins in American white oak and continues through a succession of sherry casks, in keeping with the distillery's long-standing partnership with González Byass for sherry casks. The whisky is described as combining dried fruit, dark chocolate and warming spice.
