The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey is a blended malt from Dublin, bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle. It is aged for five years in bourbon casks, then finished in small virgin oak casks made specially for this whiskey, until the master distiller, Darryl, judges it ready.
The nose is led by bourbon and vanilla, followed by spice, fruit and malt, with honey as the guiding idea.
