The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey is a blended malt from Dublin, aged for five years in bourbon casks. It is then finished in small virgin oak casks made specially for this whiskey, and bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle.
Master Distiller Darryl decides when it is ready. The nose is led by honey and bourbon, followed by vanilla, then spice, fruit and malt.
