The Dubliner Bourbon Cask is an Irish blended whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40%. It combines grain whiskey and single malt, matured in former bourbon casks. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is fresh, with grass and apples over a malty undertone. The palate is soft and smooth, with honey sweetness, light pepper and subtle vanilla. The finish is long and gentle, with notes of caramel.
