The Fujisan Whisky is a Japanese whisky bottled at 40% ABV, from Makino Shuzo. It is made in the shadow of Mount Fuji from locally sourced ingredients, and aged so that the flavours can develop depth. The nose is delicate and floral, with ripe fruits and a touch of oak. On the palate come layers of honeyed sweetness, warm spices and a gentle smokiness, in a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
