This is a 12 year old Speyside single malt from GlenAllachie, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It was one of the first releases under Billy Walker, who bought the distillery in 2017. The whisky has no colour added and is not chill-filtered.
The nose is reminiscent of sherry, with dehydrated banana, almonds and cola gummy bottles. On the palate it is spicy, with ginger, cinnamon and grain. The finish is chocolate with a hint of orange.
