The Glendower Pure Malt is a blended malt whisky, formerly sold as a pure malt. It has a Highland character that is smooth, lightly honeyed and gently spiced.
The nose is soft and malty, with heather honey, vanilla, light oak, citrus peel and cereal grain. The palate is medium-bodied and mellow, with toffee, barley sugar and gentle nutmeg and cinnamon over a creamy texture. The finish is clean and slightly dry, with lingering malt and a faint oak tannin.
