This is an 18 year old Speyside single malt from The Glenlivet, matured in selected casks and bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is known for a pronounced honey character and a velvety texture.
The nose is sweet oak with floral freesia and peony, alongside toffee, butterscotch, mint chocolate and summer fruit pie. The palate is smooth and mellow, with rich sweetness followed by layers of spice and a slightly bitter orange note, ending on oak. The finish is long, with lasting sweetness and a subtle nuttiness.
