The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve is a single malt Scotch whisky inspired by George Smith, the man who founded the distillery.
It is matured in first-fill American oak casks, which still carry plenty of the Bourbon character of their previous contents, together with traditional oak casks.
The whisky is usually described as creamy and sweet, with that sweetness set against lively, zesty fruit.
