The Glenturret 12 Year Old is a single malt from Crieff in the Highlands, bottled at 46.2% in a 70cl bottle for the 2025 release. The distillery is described as Scotland's oldest working distillery.
The whisky spends twelve years in sherry-seasoned oak, using Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. Each cask is assessed individually and the whisky is blended by hand.
The nose has caramelised citrus fruits and gentle vanilla. The palate moves to cinnamon and dried fruit, and the finish brings nutmeg, ginger and toasted oak warmth.
