A small-batch blended Scotch whisky made for The Canny Man's pub in Edinburgh. Blender and pub owner Mark Kerr revived it as a tribute to a long-lost house whisky once mentioned on an antique mirror behind the bar. The first run was 300 bottles. The nose is honeyed, with delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus zest. The palate brings warming spices, a gentle touch of peat and a burst of fresh citrus. The finish is clean, with lingering sweetness and a soft echo of oak.
