The Horse's Spirit Horse With No Name Habanero Infused Bourbon (50cl)

A bourbon from Texas infused with a habanero distillate made in the Black Forest. The mash bill is yellow Texas corn, red winter wheat and malted barley, with yeast from organically grown pecan nuts, and the spirit spends at least three years in freshly charred American white oak barrels. The habaneros are milled and macerated in molasses-based neutral alcohol for about ten days, then distilled in a 100-litre still. The distillate keeps the fruitiness of the chili without its fierce heat. The nose is vanilla, caramel and coconut. On the palate, sweetness and piquancy sit in balance alongside vanilla, caramel and nut butter.
