Bulleit Rye is a straight rye whiskey, first released in 2011 and described as award-winning. Its character is built on spice and complexity. The whiskey is russet in colour. Tasting notes mention rich oaky aromas on the nose, then a smooth palate with hints of vanilla, honey and spice, and a crisp, clean finish with long, lingering flavours.
