A blended Irish whiskey from The Irishman, made by Walsh Whiskey Distillery in Carlow. It was matured in bourbon casks and then spent six months in rum casks from Saint Lucia Distillers. It is bottled at 46%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The nose is exotic rum, apricots and summer fruits. Tropical fruit and lively spices come through on the palate, and the finish brings together fig, banana and oak spice.
