Lark Classic Cask is a single malt from Lark Distillery in Tasmania, bottled at 43% ABV in a 100ml bottle. It is the distillery's flagship expression.
The whisky pairs the depth of sherry casks with a lively oak influence, and is made with Tasmanian ingredients.
The nose offers butterscotch, dried fruits and Tasmanian spice. On the palate come creamy malt, orange peel, stewed apples and a hint of nutmeg, followed by a long, warming finish with gentle oak and soft smoke.
