The London Distillery Company – Renascence English Whisky (70cl)

Renascence is a single malt from the London Distillery Company, released as The Revival Release in a 70cl bottle. It was made from Plumage Archer heritage barley and matured in the distillery's remaining refill barrels together with first-fill sherry casks. The whisky maker chose these from the legacy casks laid down during the distillery's original years of operation, 2011 to 2020. The aim was to stay faithful to the spirit style the company made before it closed, which rests on heritage barley, 1920s brewers' yeast and traditional production methods. It was bottled in April 2025, and only 410 bottles were released.
