The Lost Distillery Dalaruan Archivist (70cl, 55.1%)

Dalaruan Archivist is a blended malt from the Lost Distillery Company, bottled at 55.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was created, following the company's research, to taste as the whisky from the long-closed Dalaruan distillery might have tasted. The release is limited to 1200 bottles. The nose has cinnamon pastries and vegetal oak, leading into a generous amount of peat smoke. The palate brings spiced fruit punch, more flaky pastry and toasty embers underneath. The finish is roasted pineapple and burnt clove.
