It is matured in both American and European sherry-seasoned oak casks, and is described as smooth and well balanced.
On the nose there are dried fruits, a little citrus and a whisper of vanilla. The palate is rich and warm, with sweet raisins, a touch of ginger and the house spice, leading to a long finish.
