The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old, in its 2023 release, belongs to the Sherry Oak Collection, a series of single malts matured in hand-picked, sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez. It comes in a 70cl bottle and has a light mahogany natural colour.
The nose brings dried fruits and ginger, with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is soft and rich, with spice, clove, orange and toasted mature oak. The finish lingers with dried fruits, ginger and orange zest.
