This is an eighteen year old single malt from The Macallan, part of its Sherry Oak range. It was matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain, and the spirit stayed in the same casks for all 18 years. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
The colour is a light mahogany, and it is natural.
The palate is described as full bodied, with mature oak, ginger and raisin flavours.
