The Macallan – 18 Years Old Double Cask (70cl)

Macallan 18 Years Old Double Cask is an 18 year old single malt from The Macallan, in a 70cl bottle. The Double Cask range is matured in American oak and European oak casks, both seasoned with sherry. The Macallan uses this combination to set it apart from its Sherry Oak-only range. Sherry-seasoned oak usually brings dried fruit, vanilla and spice to Speyside whisky, and eighteen years of maturation typically adds depth and roundness.
