The Macallan 18 Years Sherry Oak is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, from the 2023 bottling and at 43% abv.
Sherry notes, dried fruit and raisins sit alongside a spicy edge of oak. The malt is soft and harmonious, with a depth that can make it seem older than its 18 years.
On the nose there is dried fruit and ginger, with vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is smooth, rich and spicy, with clove, orange and toasted oak. The finish is long, with dried fruit, ginger and orange zest.
