The Macallan 30 Years Old Double Cask is a single malt matured for 30 years in sherry seasoned American and European oak casks, in a 75cl bottle.
The Double Cask range draws its wood from the forests of northern Spain and the French Pyrenees, and from Ohio, Missouri and Kentucky. The oak is credited with the greatest influence on the quality, natural colour, aromas and flavours of the malt.
