This is the 2021 release of A Night On Earth In Scotland, a single malt Scotch whisky from Macallan, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers freshly baked biscuits, orchard fruits, vanilla and buttery oatcakes. The palate is soft and velvety, with vanilla sweetness, marshmallow, figs and cinnamon, and a taste that coats the mouth. The medium finish returns to freshly baked biscuits, with a hint of sweet butterscotch.
