The Macallan – Archival Series Folio 6 (70cl)

This is Folio 6 in The Macallan's Archival Series, a single malt from Speyside in a 70cl bottle. It was first released in winter 2020. The release centres on The Chairman, a character dressed as a Scotsman dancing the Highland fling over a pen and a brush. These were the symbols of the distillery's publicity advisers, Holmes and Salaman. Chairman Allan Shiach added the character as a polite reminder that he had the final say. As with earlier Folio releases, the bottle comes with a book inside a book-shaped tin box.
