The Macallan Classic Cut 2023 Edition is a high-strength single malt matured in a combination of ex-bourbon American oak and sherry-seasoned European oak casks.
The edition is built around adding 'one cut' of water, which opens up the whisky and brings out almond biscotti alongside fresh pear. Its launch drew on a catwalk theme, with colours and fabrics inspired by the pear note and a flowing golden gown for the almond biscotti.
