The Macallan Classic Cut 2024 Edition is a Speyside single malt bottled at 52.4% ABV. It was matured in a combination of European and American oak casks previously used for sherry, together with ex-bourbon casks.
The nose brings rich vanilla, citrus peel and sweet oak. On the palate come baked custard, sweet green apple and vanilla. Adding water is said to open up a wider range of evolving flavours.
