The Macallan Classic Cut 2025 Edition is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 50.6% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It was matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak and ex-bourbon casks. Adding water to bring it down to 40% is said to bring tropical fruit and lemon forward.
The nose offers rich vanilla, citrus peel and sweet oak. On the palate there are baked custard, sweet green apple and vanilla.
