The Macallan Classic Cut 2025 is the eighth release in the annual Classic Cut series, bottled at 50.6% ABV. The Macallan was established in 1824.
The whisky was matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European oak, sherry seasoned American oak and ex-bourbon casks.
The nose is described as rich vanilla, citrus peel and sweet oak. On the palate come baked custard, sweet green apple and vanilla.
