The Macallan Concept No. 2 is the second release in a limited edition series of Speyside single malts, in a 70cl bottle.
It is built from three kinds of cask: sherry-seasoned American oak, Miguel Martin sherry casks and ex-bourbon casks. The American oak brings sweet vanilla, citrus and toffee. The Miguel Martin casks add a rounded spiciness, while the ex-bourbon casks contribute floral citrus and vanilla.
