The Macallan Hong Kong Edition is a limited edition Highland single malt from the Distil Your World series. It was made in collaboration with the chefs of El Celler de Can Roca as a tribute to Hong Kong, and the whisky is matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks. It comes in a presentation box, in a 700ml bottle.
Aromas of dried fruit, sweet soy and incense lead to a palate of umami richness, black pepper, oak spice and candied citrus. The finish is long, with notes of leather and plum.
