The Macallan Estate is a special edition Speyside single malt, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Part of the whisky comes from barley grown on the distillery's own grounds at the Easter Elchies Estate. It was created by Lead Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess to reflect the origins and long tradition of the brand.
The nose brings warm cinnamon, oak, orange oil, dried fruit, sweet lemon, banana and caramel. The palate is soft and warming, with oak, raisins, fresh figs, sweet oranges and delicate lemon. The finish is long and soft, with sweet citrus notes.
