The Harmony Collection Amber Meadow is a Macallan single malt made in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney. It was matured in a combination of sherry seasoned oak and ex-bourbon casks and is bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle. Its packaging is made with discarded meadow cuttings.
Orange, honeycomb, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields mark the nose. The palate offers oak, lemon, melon, scones, almond and green tea, and the finish is long, rich, sweet and complex.
