The Macallan – Harmony Collection Amber Meadow (70cl, 40%)

This is the third release in The Macallan's Harmony Collection, a limited annual series, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, and the presentation box and bottle labels are made from discarded meadow cuttings. The whisky was matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned oak and Bourbon casks. The nose is full of orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. On the palate there is oak, lemon, melon, scone, almond and green tea. The finish is sweet, long and complex, with a citrus scent.
