The Macallan Honey Orchid is a limited edition Speyside single malt from the Harmony Collection, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It takes its inspiration from Jing Tea Phoenix Honey Orchid tea.
It is matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned oak casks and American oak.
The nose is floral and gentle, with wild honey, fresh orchids, vanilla cream, pear and soft oak. The palate offers honeycomb, florals, malt sweetness, light citrus and creamy oak. The finish is soft and warm, with honeyed malt and subtle florals.
