The Macallan – Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut (70cl, 46.3%)

This is a limited edition Speyside single malt from The Macallan, bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Harmony Collection, a series in which the distillery experiments with particular flavour combinations and cask influences. In this release the focus is fresh coconut. On the nose there is fresh coconut, vanilla and creamy notes, with citrus, tropical fruit and a gentle sweetness. The palate is full and creamy, with coconut, vanilla and sweet tropical fruit, then soft citrus, caramel and light spice. The finish is long, with coconut, vanilla, sweet fruit and soft oak.
