The Macallan – Harmony Collection Inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea Single Malt Scotch Whisky (75cl, 43.9%)

The Macallan Harmony Collection Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 43.9% in a 750ml bottle. It was made by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team in collaboration with the tea company JING, and takes its inspiration from an oolong tea selected by JING. The presentation box and bottle labels are made from repurposed waste tea leaves. The nose offers summery peach and apricot with floral honey, tropical fruits, toffee and sweet oak. On the palate are fresh peaches in rich syrup, warm citrus and toffee, with light floral notes and a delicate leafy astringency. The finish is fruity, sweet and complex.
